Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a 4-day work week, starting at 4:45 PM, and to manage a large, high-volume team in a fast-paced setting.

This is a hands-on, front-line leadership role where you coach staff, ensure gold-standard customer service, control labor, food, and paper costs, and drive results.

You’ll enjoy a 55k–80k salary plus performance bonuses, plus appreciation pay, with 3 days off each week and growth opportunities.
