Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant PM General Manager to lead the night shift with a hands-on, high-energy approach. You will coach a large team, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage the P&L including labor, food, and paper costs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in Restaurant/Hospitality.
• Lead night shift with hands-on leadership and frontline coaching.
• Strong focus on customer service, team development, and P&L awareness.
