Job summary

RRD is seeking a Logistics/Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee the kitting, fulfillment and pick-pack teams on a 12-hour night shift. You will direct activities across shifts and departments, ensuring accurate communications and seamless operations with vendors.

A strong emphasis on leadership, ISO/SOP compliance, and cost control will guide daily decisions. Candidates should have broad technical knowledge in print/fulfillment, proven people management skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Broad technical knowledge in commercial print and/or fulfillment.
• Proven ability to manage people and direct work activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Windows applications; Microsoft Office; and databases.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to change.
• Bias for process focus and ability to drive process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of multi-shift department management in manufacturing or fulfillment environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees in the kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack departments.
• Directs activities to ensure accurate communications and seamless operations across shifts, departments, and vendors.
• Maintains knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO and SOPs, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Plans and schedules workflow to meet business needs and KPIs; adjusts schedules as needed.
• Organizes work for efficient operations and ensures adherence to budgets.
• Administers policies, selects and recommends hires with proper documentation.
• Tracks department expenditures and provides reporting to management.
• Troubleshoots processes and coordinates with teams to resolve issues.
