Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years managing multi-shift teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Printing or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack teams on a 12-hour night shift.
• Direct activities to ensure accurate communications and seamless operations.
• Develop talent and improve processes following ISO and SOPs.
• Plan and schedule workflow; adjust as needed based on business needs.
• Monitor KPIs, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer service, scheduling, manufacturing, and vendors.

Education
