Job summary

RRD is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing - Imaging for 2nd or 3rd shift to lead the imaging, dock and mailroom teams, ensuring on-time production and quality. You will supervise multi-shift operations, implement ISO SOPs, control costs, and develop staff.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Business, Manufacturing or related field, 3+ years of multi-shift leadership in manufacturing, and proficiency with Windows/MS Office; printing/fulfillment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in multi-shift department management in manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; able to coach and develop staff.
• Experience in printing or fulfillment environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs activities of imaging, dock and mailroom employees.
• Directs staff to ensure accurate communications and seamless operations across shifts and departments.
• Maintains knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO and SOPs, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Plans and schedules workflow; adjusts schedules to meet business needs.
• Manages department budgets and labor costs; provides reports and analyses to management.
• Promotes safety, quality, and continuous improvement KPIs across the team.
