H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, cashier duties, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. You will engage customers with product knowledge, manage transactions, and uphold food and beverage quality.

The role emphasizes safety, presentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. The CSR will interact with customers, promote promotions, and maintain store standards while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism and create a welcoming environment.
• Deliver efficient and accurate checkout service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate current promotions and products to enhance engagement.
• Operate POS for cash, credit, and debit transactions and ensure proper receipts.
• Stock shelves and maintain attractive displays; ensure pricing accuracy and cleanliness.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines for self-serve stations.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness and safety, including restrooms and fueling area.
• Assist with car wash operations if applicable and follow safety procedures.
