Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, cashier at the POS, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests. The role emphasizes accurate transactions, promotions, and maintaining product presentation.

The CSR will follow the Four Steps of Customer Service, assist with food and beverage stations, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the shift. Prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations to enhance customer engagement.

• Maintain store presentation, pricing accuracy, and display organization.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food and beverage stations; ensure food safety standards.
