Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, cashier, maintain presentation, and ensure food and beverage quality in a busy fueling station environment.

You will greet customers, handle checkout, follow safety and sanitation standards, stock shelves, and assist with car wash operations if applicable. Strong communication and reliability are essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism at checkout.
• Deliver accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow the Four Steps of Customer Service and promote loyalty programs.
• Communicate promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations.
• Operate POS system for all transactions and verify ID for restricted items.
• Stock shelves and keep the store visually appealing and priced correctly.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food/beverage stations; follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and report hazards or malfunctions to management.
