Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations, uphold exceptional customer service, and act as the face of the store.

You will cashier, maintain presentation, ensure food and beverage quality, and keep the environment safe and welcoming for all customers.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, multitasking, and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service at checkout.
• Operate POS system and handle cash, credit, and refunds per policy.
• Maintain store presentation, signage, and pricing accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve and ready-to-eat food/beverage stations.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance across the facility.
• Adhere to shift duties and assist with car wash operations if applicable.
