Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations and deliver excellent service. You will cashier, present the store nicely, ensure food/beverage quality, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all customers.

The CSR represents H&S Energy, creating a positive guest experience through product knowledge and efficient service at the station.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Deliver accurate service at checkout and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Communicate promotions, loyalty programs, and recommendations to engage customers.
• Represent the company with professionalism in appearance and conduct.
• Operate POS system and ensure correct receipts and exchanges per policy.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves, and price accuracy.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines for self-serve stations.
• Keep the facility clean and report safety hazards or malfunctions.
