Job summary

H&S Energy Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily store operations under store and district leadership. You will handle cashiering, keep the store presentable, ensure food and beverage quality, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for all customers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, assisting with food prep, and upholding safety standards. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers professionally.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and handle cash with care.
• Maintain clean, organized store presentation and merchandising.
• Assist with food and beverage stations and ensure safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or malfunctions to management.
