Qualifications

• Four years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience with metal forming or closely related field preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and production for hollow metal manufacturing on the night shift.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on daily decision-making and goal setting.
• Provide direction, training, mentoring and motivation to production teams.
• Manage work schedules to meet production requirements and on-time delivery.
• Ensure quality oversight for all customer orders and lean initiative development.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, waste reduction, inventory management and regulations.
