Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime based on business needs.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, or labor management systems.
• Build and organize pallets and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy and safety while following SOPs.
• Communicate with team and support a team environment.
• Keep workspace clean and safe; follow PPE and fall-protection rules.
• Participate in team meetings and raise concerns or improvement ideas.
• Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
