Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a forklift operator to support receiving, stocking and merchandise handling at our Falls Church, VA location. You will operate a forklift safely, inspect trucks, and unload deliveries while ensuring merchandise is received accurately and stocked properly.

Responsibilities include palletizing, moving loads, maintaining club organization, and providing excellent Member service. Training and certification are required, with opportunities to grow within a team-focused

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior forklift operating experience preferred.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloads merchandise and materials to and from delivery trucks.
• Inspects and prepares delivery trucks for unloading.
• Accurately receives all merchandise and materials delivered to the club.
• Lifts, reserves and drops pallets of merchandise to and from overhead steel and sales floor.
• Transports merchandise and pallets safely throughout the club.
• Stocks and rotates general and food merchandise.
• Maintains club neatness and cleanliness.
• Greet Members and provide prompt, courteous service.
