Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator for our New Century, Kansas facility. The role supports daily warehouse operations, loading, unloading, picking and packing, ensuring safety and accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.

This 3rd shift, non-exempt position requires standing for long periods, adherence to PPE and safety policies, and teamwork with leads and supervisors. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Follow safety and operational standards and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment, may use EPJ.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, palletize, wrap, and stage per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
