CJ Logistics America is hiring a Forklift Operator for the New Century, Kansas facility. You will support safe, efficient warehouse operations, handling forklifts and EPJ, picking, packing, and inventory tasks on a 1st/3rd shift schedule. Strong attention to detail and safety are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift and EPJ.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual picking and other material handling tasks as needed.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, palletize, wrap, and stage per requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
