Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator for a 2nd shift in New Century, Kansas. You will safely operate forklifts and EPJ, support order fulfillment, and ensure inventory accuracy in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, with responsibilities including loading, unloading, picking, and staging to meet daily goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six (6) months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and EPJ and other MHE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up and/or sit‑down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment using MHE such as EPJ.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
