Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Forklift Operator for Cold Storage in Kansas. The role focuses on safe operation of forklifts and EPJ, order fulfillment, and inventory control on a 3rd shift schedule (Sun–Thu, 10:30pm–7:00am).

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months in a warehouse setting, with strong math, reading, and safety awareness skills. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Six months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift and EPJ.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, and consolidate products.
• Perform manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging per requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
