Jack Link’s Wisconsin is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Auditor for the 3rd shift to inspect product samples, monitor safety and quality, and document deviations. The role emphasizes HACCP, GMPs, and SQF compliance within a fast-paced meat snack production environment.

You will input inspection data, track deviations, and assist the QA Supervisor with investigations while upholding safety and quality across night operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food environment.
• HACCP certification preferred, to be completed within 6 months.
• Knowledge of SAP and quality systems is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality inspections on random product samples to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Enter quality inspection data into electronic/written forms.
• Support HACCP/SQF/SSOP documentation and corrective actions.
• Assist with audits and maintain QA records.
