Jack Link's is seeking a Smokehouse Operator to monitor and control all smokehouse processes, ensuring safe, high-quality cooking. The role requires attention to product thickness, oven programming, and adherence to GMP, HACCP, and SOPs.

The position features 4th weekend night schedules, with overtime as needed, and offers comprehensive benefits; prior experience with Alkar/EnviroPak ovens and SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor smokehouse processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Load and unload product; adjust cooking procedures as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow SOPs/SSOPs and HACCP.
• Perform tests and document results as required.
• Complete required documentation and report inconsistencies to supervisors.
