Job summary

Jack Link’s Minnesota is seeking a quality inspector to perform routine product inspections, data entry, and documentation reviews in a fast-paced meat snack production environment.

You will follow HACCP, GMP, SSOP procedures, maintain quality systems, and assist with audits while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance. Strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential. Experience with SAP and calibration of instruments is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Science/Technical/Business; associates in science/lab.
• Experience in manufacturing or food environment is preferred.
• SAP knowledge and HACCP familiarity are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on random product samples to ensure standards.
• Enter quality inspection data into electronic or written forms.
• Record deviations and inform lead/supervisor of issues.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SSOP procedures and assist audits.
• Maintain quality system documentation and calibration checks.
