Winland Foods, Inc. in North East, PA is seeking a Pre Batch Processing Team Member to operate, monitor, and maintain production line equipment during the 10:00 pm - 6:30 am shift. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.

You will work with SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep production flowing, perform equipment changes, and help meet strict GMP, HACCP, and FSMA standards. The job requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year manufacturing experience, with forklift certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills are expected.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and processing.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods and record shipments in SAP.
• Complete basic production paperwork and report issues to supervisors.
• Participate in 5S efforts.
