Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Processing Team Member to operate and maintain production equipment, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement on the line. You will monitor safety standards, assist with changeovers, and work closely with a team to meet production goals.

There is a strong emphasis on GMP, safety, and collaboration, with a schedule from 2pm to 10pm and a benefits package that supports employees and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; manufacturing or food production background preferred.
• Ability to follow GMP and safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment.
• Monitor product flow and ensure batches meet quality and food safety standards.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods and record shipments in SAP.
• Lead line performance improvements and prevent downtime.
