Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Processing Area Expert to operate and monitor high-speed production lines in our North East, PA facility. You will drive safety and quality while coordinating equipment changeovers and sanitation on a 5:30pm–6:00am shift.

You will leverage SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to sustain continuous flow, perform troubleshooting, and ensure products meet rigorous GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. Experience with forklift operations is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.

Responsabilités

• Operate, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on production line equipment.
• Monitor line performance and ensure safe, efficient operation; coordinate changeovers.
• Perform sanitation and GMP/HACCP-related tasks; assist with quality checks and document results.
