Winland Foods, Inc. is hiring a Processing Area Expert in North East, PA to operate and monitor production lines, perform equipment changes, and ensure top quality and safety standards. You will work with SAP and other systems to track inventory and quality, support continuous improvement, and help maintain clean, compliant work areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• 18+ years of age.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, IQS, MII, Weaver and basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery safely.
• Perform equipment changes, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor line performance and ensure GMP, HACCP, FSMA compliance.
• Inspect products for labeling, quality checks, and proper packing.
• Record shipments and inventory transactions in SAP; support continuous improvement.
