Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Press Operator for the MO St. Louis area. You will operate and monitor production line equipment, ensure product quality, and support sanitation and safety standards on a night shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and forklift certification is preferred for advanced levels. SAP/IQS/MII/Weaver experience is a plus as you will work with multiple systems to maintain flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep production flowing.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and safety policies.
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure sanitation after changeovers.
