Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. invites an entry-level Packaging Team Member to join our Tolleson facility on a 12-hour night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am, 2-2-3 schedule). You’ll operate packaging lines, assist in changeovers, monitor quality, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year in manufacturing or food production. forklift cert is a plus; 18+; base pay $22.60/hr plus $1 shift premium; benefits start on start date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts).
• Complete equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep Packaging flowing.
• Perform routine operation checks.
• Inspect products for correct labeling, alignment, and packaging.
• Perform manual packing and palletizing.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods, manage materials, and record shipments in SAP.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA compliance.
• Assist team members and contribute to productivity and safety.
