Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Pre Batch processing team member for the North East, PA area. This full-time role on 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) involves operating and maintaining processing equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards.

You will use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver software; required duties include labeling checks, packing, and inventory tracking. Forklift certification is preferred; candidates must be 18+ and have at least a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment.
• Monitor product flow and ensure batches meet quality and food safety standards.
• Perform routine equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep production flowing.
• Inspect products for correct labeling, alignment, and processing.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods and record shipments in SAP.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company safety policies.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and participate in 5S activities.
