Responsibilities

• Set up and clean all equipment prior to start time to ensure on-time start-ups.
• Perform quality checks and record information to ensure specifications are met.
• Monitor spiral freezer and correct ice buildup to maximize quality and production runs.
• Perform sanitation duties to restore system within set time frames.
• Troubleshoot equipment that is not running effectively.
• Follow GMP, safety policies and maintain food safety and quality.
