Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior work-related experience and/or training.
• Intermediate level of computer/technological skills.
• Ability to train for forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean all equipment prior to scheduled start time to ensure on-time start-ups.
• Perform quality checks on product and record information.
• Monitor spiral freezer operations for ice buildup and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Conduct sanitation duties to restore system operation within required time.
• Troubleshoot equipment not running effectively.
• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies and maintain food safety and quality.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality of MFI products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
