• Perform quality checks on product and record information.
• Monitor freezer operations for ice buildup and adjust to maximize quality.
• Perform sanitation duties to get systems back up and running within set times.
• Troubleshoot equipment not running effectively.
• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies, and maintain sanitary conditions for food safety.
