Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean, if necessary, all equipment prior to the scheduled start time to ensure on time start-ups.
• Perform quality checks on product being produced and record information.
• Monitor oven and production equipment operations to maximize quality and ensure production targets are met.
• Perform sanitation duties as required to keep systems running.
