Blount Fine Foods, a family-owned manufacturer of premium fresh prepared foods, seeks a Production Operator. This role supports fast-paced production, ensuring accuracy in HACCP documentation, batch records, and recipe entry.

You’ll help with pack-out setup and RF device use, working closely with the team to maintain quality and efficiency. The position emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; industry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and teamwork to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Review HACCP paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Register and record key process steps from start to finish of batch.
• Assist with pack-out line set-up and readiness.
• Enter all recipes into Production database systems.
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate with Lead/Coordinator.
• Provide production support as needed to keep lines running smoothly.
• Operate RF devices and contribute to efficiency and accuracy.
