Job summary

Nahan is seeking a Folder Operator for our finishing department in Saint Cloud, MN. The role directs folder and direct cutting operations, serving as the primary contact for production issues related to folders in Finishing and Direct Mail.

Ideal candidates will train others on folder operations, ensure machines run reliably, and follow safety and quality standards while meeting deadlines and shift requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine malfunctions.
• Proficient reading of work orders and technical specifications.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the folding machine, ensure proper job setup and sign-off.
• Provide direction and assist other operators; assist with troubleshooting.
• Train staff on folder and direct cutting operations; maintain equipment performance.
• Run TPM tasks and monitor equipment for optimal performance.
• Communicate status and instructions; participate in cost center meetings.
