Job summary

Nahan is seeking a Bindery Operator II in Saint Cloud, MN. This role supports Bindery Operator I in binding printed pages into catalogs and direct mailers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read work orders, use basic computer tools, and work well in a team. Expect third shift hours with weekend OT and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform job OKs and sample checks for binder operations.
• Assist operator with training employees to adequately operate equipment.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot problems.
• Inspect the cost center processes to ensure they are done properly and quality standards are followed.
• Inspect printed materials throughout the binding process to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Operate secondary pieces of equipment as trained.
• Follow all Nahan safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.
