Nahan is seeking a Folder Operator for our finishing department in Saint Cloud, MN. The role directs folder and direct cutting operations, serving as the primary contact for production issues related to folders in Finishing and Direct Mail.

Reports To: Production Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Pay Band: 6 Wage Range: $18.48–$25.00
Shift: 12HR Nights; 7p‑7a Shift Differential: $2.00
A Folder Operator is responsible for directing all folder and direct cutting operations from pre‑postproduction stages. A Folder Operator is the contact person for production related issues on the folders in Finishing and Direct Mail. A Folder Operator is responsible for training employees on folder and direct cutting operations to ensure equipment is operating effectively.

This job operates in a manufacturing environment with normal to moderate working conditions for a manufacturing facility with a noise level that is usually moderate to loud. The role routinely uses printing equipment and machines. Employees may be required to stand for long periods, reach or handle items, lift 70 lbs or more, and tolerate extended seasonal hours and maintain alertness to meet deadlines. They may be exposed to machinery, moving parts, airborne particles, hazardous materials or fumes, and airborne dust. PPE requiring use of hearing protection, gloves, safety glasses, etc. is often required. Work hours are extended and may be seasonal.
