Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Project Specialist to oversee floor maintenance across stores in the Illinois region. You will perform stripping, waxing, carpet extraction, and deep-cleaning tasks while training onsite staff on proper methods and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write either Spanish or English.
• Experience in facility cleaning and floor care preferred.
• Good judgment and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor stripping, waxing, buffing and carpet extraction.
• Travel between stores to cover vacancies and assist onsite staff.
• Clean and maintain hard surfaces, carpets, restrooms, and common areas.
• Train staff on cleaning methods, safety practices and equipment use.
• Report equipment issues and injuries to supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to safety policies and attendance requirements.
