Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Technician to manage floor maintenance across hard surfaces and carpet at client sites.

The role involves operating floor care equipment, adhering to safety standards, and supporting the Building Maintenance team with a culture of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork. Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Handles hard floor care, including routine mopping (dry and damp), scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provides carpet maintenance, including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets.
• Provides other cleaning services, such as dusting, routine restroom and other area cleaning.
• Operates floor care machines and cleaning products safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Follows all safety requirements and procedures at all times.
