Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to join our full-time crew. Shifts vary, including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of 16 USD per hour.

Responsibilities include floor cleaning, carpet care, and adherence to safety and company policies in a fast-paced facility environment. The role requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and the use of janitorial equipment.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Climb ladders and work at height safely.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment per instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with appropriate equipment.
• Keep floors clean and free of hazards; follow safety guidelines.
• Report repairs or safety hazards to supervisor promptly.
• Follow company policies and maintain organized work areas.
