The role involves floor care tasks across designated work areas, operating janitorial equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines. We value reliability and team players who can contribute to a respectful, supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
• Read and interpret safety documents in English (and Spanish where required).
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination and motor skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs or safety hazards.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as needed.
