Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician to maintain floors at multiple commercial locations. This night-shift, full-time role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can operate floor-care equipment and follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Follow simple instructions with common sense.

Responsibilities

• Handles hard floor care including mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Maintains carpets through vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, and extraction.
• Cleans restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Operates floor care machines safely per manufacturer instructions.
• Follows all safety requirements at all times.
• Reports to work on time and records hours accurately.
• Interacts respectfully with customers and staff.
• Checks equipment and ensures supplies are available.
• Follows instructions on cleaning projects per shift.
• Reports injuries to supervisor on occurrence date.
• Reports falls or injuries to supervisor and store manager.
• Keeps storage area organized and requests products as needed.
• After training, lead technician applies wax.
• Guides less-experienced technicians in floor care.
• Helps with other duties and drives continuous improvement.
• Enforces Sizemore policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as necessary.
