Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Printing Press Assistant to support 12-hour night shifts at our Lebanon, PA plant. You will prep inks, substrates, and plates, assist the Press Operator, and help ensure product quality while following 5S and safety standards.

In this role, you will handle make-readies, manage materials, complete paperwork, and participate in continuous improvement with the press team. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are available from day one.

Qualifications

• Ability read, understand, and follow customer specifications.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills to operate software.
• Visual acuity to perform inspections and distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inks, substrates, plates, cylinders, gears for scheduled jobs.
• Assist Press Operator to monitor quality during production.
• Perform make-readies as required.
• Operate the press if needed and support shift crew.
• Manage raw materials and return them to the correct jobs.
• Complete daily paperwork and housekeeping logs.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Identify and remove scrap before master rolls move to WIP.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
