Job summary

Amcor in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Press Assistant to support the Printing and Converting Department. You will help prepare the press for flexographic printing, assist with setup and ensure quality throughout the run.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent), is mechanically inclined, can read measuring tapes, and communicates effectively in English. This full-time hourly role requires teamwork, safety adherence, and hands-on equipment handling on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure.
• Clear communication in English; ability to read/write basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support press operator in preparing press for flexographic printing.
• Perform setup and production tasks; assist with quality checks and documentation.
• Notify supervisor of maintenance, safety, or production issues; maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
