Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as driver supervisor and primary communication link.
• Manage drivers to optimize performance across categories.
• Ensure 99.5% data-entry accuracy.
• Maintain driver turnover within target range.
• Communicate road conditions to drivers.
• Report driver medical/attendance issues to HR.
• Address driver complaints and escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate with Load Planners for workload planning.
• Coordinate with Service and Breakdown for maintenance.
• Think strategically and plan for changing situations.
• Stay organized and engage team members.
• Maintain positive attitude and trust among team.
