Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 1-2 years related experience.
• Ability to work with supervisors and drivers to optimize performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as sole communications link to drivers for load info, orders, and company news.
• Manage a full board of tractors and drivers to optimize performance metrics.
• Monitor data entry accuracy and reduce coding errors.
• Maintain driver turnover within target ranges and manage utilization.
• Communicate road conditions and safety updates to drivers.
• Escalate driver complaints to appropriate departments promptly.
• Coordinate with Load Planners and Fleet Managers for workload planning.
• Coordinate with Service and Breakdown teams to meet service schedules.
• Think strategically and plan ahead in changing conditions; maintain positivity.
• Stay organized and engaged with team members; foster trust.
