Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Finishing Operator in Ohio for the Night Shift (11:20 PM – 7:30 AM, Sun–Thu). You will sort, label, and package finished goods to specifications, inspect product quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area while coordinating with other shifts to ensure efficient production.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in manufacturing, with strong safety, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
• Must follow written and oral instructions and maintain safety as a core value.
• Strong service and quality focus; communicate issues and root causes to teammates.
• Ability to work in a team, cross-train, and support production and customers.

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, and package finished goods per customer specs and standards.
• Inspect general appearance of finished product and maintain clean area.
• Prepare cores for machine operators and keep materials stocked.
• Coordinate information with shift/department to ensure smooth operations.
• Track multiple orders; participate in continuous improvement and 5S duties.
