Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3+ years in manufacturing work.
• Follow written and oral instructions with attention to safety.
• Commitment to quality and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime and perform 5S and audits.

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, and package finished goods per specs and quality standards.
• Inspect appearance of finished product and maintain clean work area.
• Prepare cores and assist machine operators as needed.
• Coordinate information with shift personnel to ensure smooth operation.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in problem-solving activities.
