Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Finishing Production Operator for the 10pm–6am shift to support the finishing center. You will sort, label, and package finished goods to customer specifications, inspect product appearance, and ensure materials are ready for the next step.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accuracy, with opportunities to learn 5S practices and assist in equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Follow written and oral instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, and package finished goods per customer specifications.
• Inspect general appearance of finished product.
• Keep area stocked with packaging materials.
• Prepare cores for machine operators.
• Coordinate information with shift personnel for efficient operations.
• Track multiple orders and assist in quality improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and participate in 5S duties.
• Assist in equipment maintenance as directed.
• Participate in group problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
