Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of ~20 team members, including coaching and performance management.
• Facilitate Tier I reviews, track metrics, and drive safety, cost, losses, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Promote safety culture through audits, investigations, and adherence to policies.
• Identify root causes of performance issues and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Process Engineering to ensure accurate production reporting.
