Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician in Alexandria, MN. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining boiler and facility systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1st class boiler's license, and 3+ years of maintenance experience, with knowledge of HVAC systems and high-pressure boiler systems. Night shift coverage is 6 PM–6 AM on rotating basis.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate industrial boilers, utility systems, and facility equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Conduct routine inspections of mechanical rooms, air handling systems, and production equipment to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Complete general facility maintenance and building repairs, including doors, walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components.
Support development and maintenance of SOPs, equipment history records, and maintenance programs to improve equipment performance.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards and participate in after-hours emergency response.
